03Why we started
A simple observation sparked a bigger ambition.
Recruitment depends on people working together, yet much of the process still happens across scattered emails, spreadsheets, messages and disconnected systems.
Hiring requirements move between multiple stakeholders. Recruiters spend time coordinating updates. Sourcing partners often struggle to see what happens after submitting a candidate. Candidates themselves can be left uncertain about the progress of their applications.
We started building HireScoreAI to address these disconnected experiences. What began with the ambition to make candidate evaluation more intelligent has grown into a broader vision: an integrated recruitment environment where sourcing, collaboration, evaluation and hiring progress work together.
